Coordinate activities at sites where Facility Management (FM) / service work (maintenance, operational management, administration) is conducted
Ensure smooth execution of activities during the contracts within the building portfolio
Manage maintenance and repair contracts
Keep records of actions performed by completing necessary documents.
Technically supervise the building portfolio
Manage the construction logbook and any other records related to compliance with the Construction Quality Law for the entire portfolio
Maintain contact with clients
Manage communication with authorities regarding the asset portfolio
Ensure the proper functioning of all installations and technical equipment (electrical, mechanical, heating, air conditioning, and access), showing a proactive attitude in identifying potential problems and quickly resolving them by engaging necessary technological and human resources
Set strategic objectives for developing the operational, maintenance, and investment budget, being directly involved in its preparation and subsequent monitoring
