Property Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities at sites where Facility Management (FM) / service work (maintenance, operational management, administration) is conducted
  • Ensure smooth execution of activities during the contracts within the building portfolio
  • Manage maintenance and repair contracts
  • Keep records of actions performed by completing necessary documents.
  • Technically supervise the building portfolio
  • Manage the construction logbook and any other records related to compliance with the Construction Quality Law for the entire portfolio
  • Maintain contact with clients
  • Manage communication with authorities regarding the asset portfolio
  • Ensure the proper functioning of all installations and technical equipment (electrical, mechanical, heating, air conditioning, and access), showing a proactive attitude in identifying potential problems and quickly resolving them by engaging necessary technological and human resources
  • Set strategic objectives for developing the operational, maintenance, and investment budget, being directly involved in its preparation and subsequent monitoring
  • Coordinate projects within the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education (architecture, civil construction, installation engineering)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar fields
  • Category B driving license
  • Willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize planning activities
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge and communication skills in an international language (intermediate written and spoken English).
