Junior Economist

Job Description

  • Ensure billing and reinvoicing of utilities to the customers is done timely and accurately according to the established billing calendars or project specifics
  • Ensure all contracts, addendums & other legal documents are set up according to the current applicable processes, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers or partners
  • Prepare yearly budgets on the maintenance processes and follow quarterly the overall budget.
  • Budget tracking realization for different investment started
  • Participate in different process improvement projects
  • Assist the business with other requests: client project queries, disputed invoices for which revision would be required
  • Collaborate with Finance Department on specific reports to support cash collection
  • Provide resolution to all queries coming from internal stakeholders (Finance Manager, Property Manager, and Deputy Director)
  • Ensure compliance with all group policies and maintain records to enable audit
  • Ensure all key performance indicators reach the targeted level
  • Ensure all process controls are effectively implemented
  • Various reporting activities.


  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a Finance/Contract Management department or in accounting processes
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiently able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
  • Team player with high ethical standards
  • Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all organizational levels
  • Analytical and rigorous, with great attention to detail
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
