Property Coordinator

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Property Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our asset portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our buildings, equipment, and systems, as well as managing vendor relationships and coordinating facility projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, including plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services and supplies
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate appropriate actions
  • Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
  • Monitor and manage facility budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Technical studies (architecture, civil and installation engineering) or similar
  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years in a similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point )
  • Availability to travel
  • Category B driving license
  • English.
